Job Summary
Honeywell is seeking a highly skilled HR Director to drive commercial growth and transformation within our global organization. As an HR leader, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that support our commercial organization and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support the commercial organization and drive business results.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR leadership roles in commercial organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
