Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive I to join our team. As an Account Executive I, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business for small to medium-sized customers in the medical, consumer electronics, industrial, and automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop relationships with strategic long-term clients and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
  2. Develop and manage plans to reach specific sales objectives, including profitable growth and market share/image improvement.
  3. Provide technical expertise and assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects.
  4. Be the primary contact for all new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production.
  5. Collaborate with the sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs.
  6. Deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events.
  7. Collect and report industry trends, competitor information, and customer events.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying full-cycle sales role.
  2. Experience in a high-volume inbound sales role.
  3. Proficiency in programs such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting.
  4. CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
  5. Demonstrated prospecting and sales planning skills.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal.
  7. Strong negotiation skills and results-driven.
  8. High energy with a positive attitude to comfortably engage with and sell to customers.
  9. Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  10. Experience with 3D CAD modeling software preferred.
  11. Engineering or manufacturing background preferred.
  12. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  13. Bachelor's degree preferred.
