Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement technical roadmaps that integrate emerging technologies and industry best practices to foster innovation and competitive edge.
  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable, dependable, and secure software solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

  • Identify and address risks and dependencies that could affect project delivery or software quality, developing contingency strategies and escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex, scalable software solutions.
  • Technical expertise in Gateway and Payment networks is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and contemporary DevOps methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and guide teams through periods of change and uncertainty.
  • Experience in the Fintech sector is advantageous.

Compensation:

This position includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a comprehensive compensation package, along with a full suite of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.

  • Base salary range: $128,000 - $176,500
  • Total compensation range (including quarterly profit-sharing and comprehensive benefits): $161,325 - $219,525
