Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement technical roadmaps that integrate emerging technologies and industry best practices to foster innovation and competitive edge.

- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

- Identify and address risks and dependencies that could affect project delivery or software quality, developing contingency strategies and escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex, scalable software solutions.
- Technical expertise in Gateway and Payment networks is essential.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and contemporary DevOps methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and guide teams through periods of change and uncertainty.
- Experience in the Fintech sector is advantageous.
Compensation:
This position includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a comprehensive compensation package, along with a full suite of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.
- Base salary range: $128,000 - $176,500
- Total compensation range (including quarterly profit-sharing and comprehensive benefits): $161,325 - $219,525
