Field Sales Executive

Yard Truck Specialists stands as the leading dealership for spotter trucks and terminal tractors across the nation. With our headquarters in Philadelphia and additional branches in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, we excel in selling, renting, servicing, and refurbishing more jockey trucks than any competitor, thanks to our extensive truck fleet, vast parts inventory, and top-tier sales and service partners.
We are on the lookout for a Territory Sales Representative to oversee and expand our clientele in the greater Philadelphia and Delaware regions. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a sales background in heavy machinery, trucking, or material handling, coupled with a vibrant personality and outstanding sales and organizational capabilities. Previous experience in industrial equipment or truck sales is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Drive, manage, and enhance sales within your designated territory for parts, service, and rentals.
- Formulate and implement market strategies.
- Achieve and sustain the desired market position within the assigned territory.
- Effectively identify, communicate, and resolve customer challenges, issues, and opportunities.
- Engage with both existing and prospective clients.
- Provide regular reports to management.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the industrial truck or material handling sector is preferred.
- Results-oriented with exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Capable of thriving under pressure while maintaining organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
