Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin.
  • Failed Owner Self Certification (FOSC) or Housing Choice Voucher Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Certification.
  • 35 words per minute minimum typing speed.
Work Environment

The work environment is primarily sedentary, with occasional physical exertion required for filing and record-keeping tasks. The employee must be able to work in an office environment with standard office equipment and software.
