At Circle of Hope Services Houston, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and respond to general phone calls or forward to appropriate staff.
  • Receive and coordinate all incoming calls, provide essential information to clients and referral sources.
  • Maintain a potential client list and schedule intake assessments.
  • Communicate with the Clinical Team on a daily basis.
  • Produce reports for potential client engagement.
  • Perform day-to-day office duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with interacting with leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain HR files and medical records.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a client-centered environment.
