Position Overview:
The Clinical Outreach Coordinator serves as the key liaison for driving demand by implementing marketing strategies and promoting the services of Vein Clinics of America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Vein Clinics of America services by engaging with healthcare providers through in-person visits, phone calls, and email communications.
- Distribute clinical information and marketing materials to physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads by reaching out to physician offices and healthcare organizations.
- Follow up with healthcare providers to collect feedback and address inquiries.
- Provide approved information regarding Vein Clinics of America services to physicians.
- Relay customer feedback to sales management concerning requests, promotional responses, and service-related issues.

Expectations:
- Achieve sales targets within the designated territory by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which include delivering branded sales messages, implementing planned programs, and scheduling medical educational events.
- Maintain a high level of activity in servicing and managing accounts.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide insights on marketing strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis, collaborating with management to develop territory plans.
- Attend community and networking events as necessary to represent the organization and its services.
- Participate actively in required meetings, including internal growth discussions, staff meetings, and community events.

Team Collaboration:
- Foster collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues to contribute effectively to the team's goals and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field is required; experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is a plus.
- General medical knowledge, particularly related to the services and treatment offerings of the facility.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and activity reporting software is advantageous.
- Proven ability to achieve business results and maintain detailed records of appointments, sales, calls, and follow-ups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
