Job Overview

C4 Technical Services is seeking a Healthcare Order Processing Specialist to engage in a hybrid work environment. This role is pivotal in managing all patient-related documentation for the sales division. Responsibilities include handling incoming faxes, referrals, and data entry within the Filemaker system. The specialist will oversee and facilitate the order fulfillment process to ensure compliance with service standards and insurance regulations. This position demands high-volume data entry with an emphasis on precision and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Input new patient information received from clinics or sales representatives into the Filemaker Database.
  • Conduct outreach to clinics for any missing referral documentation.
  • Timely and accurately process all order-related paperwork to meet service expectations.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to payer requirements and standards.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory mandates such as HIPAA and report any incidents to the Supervisor.
  • Participate in mandatory monthly meetings, including one-on-ones with Supervisors, departmental gatherings, and company-wide town halls.
  • Assist Supervisors with overtime requests as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, including database maintenance, interdepartmental support, and database testing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry.
  • Prior experience with Filemaker is advantageous.
