Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus and meal planning strategies to meet forecasted demand
  • Manage food and labor production reports to optimize expenses and improve efficiency
  • Procure food supplies and kitchen equipment, maintaining inventory and participating in inventory counts
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, implementing policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Represent the Club in member interactions, soliciting feedback and promoting the Club within the community and industry
  • Partner with fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Culinary school graduate preferred
  • Health sanitation card and foodservice management certification as required by state regulations
