The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment, with strong broiler skills and experience in a steakhouse a plus.

The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in organizing, training, and employee management, as well as preparing data for the budget and monitoring financial results.

The Sous Chef will also be responsible for creating unique dishes and menu items for daily features and specialty events, and will work closely with guests to meet dietary restrictions and palate preferences.
