Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service, greeting and welcoming patients with a positive first impression.
  • Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, and communicating with patients and insurance companies.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Process patient insurance claims, verify benefits, and explain coverage to patients.
  • Post insurance and patient payments, and process accounts receivables in a timely manner.
  • Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
  • Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems, optimizing office potential and improving patient care.
