Key Responsibilities:
Advertise job openings on multiple channels, including Indeed, J & J website, and social platforms
Coordinate with Staffing Specialists to identify current and future hiring needs
Manage candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
Conduct candidate interviews and perform pre-placement screenings
Provide support to Staffing Specialists by identifying candidates for jobs
Answer incoming calls and provide support to the Administrative Support Specialist
Send resumes and proposals to clients
Participate in special projects and marketing campaigns to assist the office with bringing in new business and increasing candidate pools

Requirements:
Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with solid written and communication skills
Must have excellent time management skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be professional, outgoing, flexible, and possess excellent customer service and follow-up skills
Must be able to build relationships with customers, partner with team members, and cross-functional team members in our branch offices
Must be able to assist with special projects as deemed necessary by management
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Data Entry
