Job Summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Specialist to support the sales department in managing various projects and event tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Training Operations team by scheduling meetings, taking notes, and coordinating logistics.
  • Work with trainers to ensure trainees have necessary materials, communications, and coordination of training schedules.
  • Secure conference rooms, manage room set-up, and coordinate travel logistical details.
  • Coordinate with local hotels and restaurants to secure sleeping rooms and host private events.
  • Reserve ground transportation and order materials for content packages.
  • Manage data entry for training survey results and support SOW/MSA/PO creation in Ariba.
  • Support HCP contracts and input training completion dates in Workday.
  • Submit documents to PRC for review and approval.
  • Manage contractors, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and develop solutions.
  • Build PowerPoint presentations and manage digital content on SharePoint.
  • Provide administrative support for the Field Training Resource Center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of similar work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Experience working with Workday, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, Service Now, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Project management experience a must.

Work Arrangements:

  • Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite in Princeton, NJ.
  • 12-month contract with potential extension.
