**Job Summary**

The Country Club of Columbus seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our esteemed club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and their guests.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the club's culinary excellence and meet the diverse tastes of our members.
  • Lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and labor to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the club's management team to develop and implement culinary strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications**

  • Culinary degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of team management, organizational, and coaching skills.
  • Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • Diplomatic team player with excellent communication skills.
