Job Overview

Position: Client Support Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a committed individual to deliver thorough, strengths-focused case management services to individuals and families facing challenges. The objective is to aid clients in their journey towards and upkeep of stable housing, ensuring they receive the essential support for enduring success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate weekly individual case management sessions with clients, providing tailored recommendations for additional services as necessary.
  • Oversee client documentation to guarantee precision, quality, and adherence to funding stipulations.
  • Uphold client confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Support individuals and families with matters concerning stable housing, social services, mental health, medical issues, domestic challenges, and parenting, as required.
  • Identify and suggest suitable community resources and services for clients.
  • Assess clients' readiness for transition, develop service plans and objectives, and assist clients in executing these plans.
  • Engage in internal and external training to remain informed about updates and best practices.
  • Contribute to Multidisciplinary Case Planning and Supervision Meetings.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Preferably, 1+ years of experience in a related sector.
  • Experience with homeless populations, substance abuse issues, or group facilitation is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Position Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Compensation: $24.00 per hour
