Job Overview: We are in search of a committed and approachable Client Support Specialist to enhance our team. This position serves as the initial contact for our clientele, delivering exemplary service and assistance. You will address inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure that each customer engagement reflects the esteemed standards of Think Tell Junction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat with professionalism and promptness.
- Deliver precise information regarding our offerings while resolving any issues or concerns.
