Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to enhance our customer service operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Starting compensation of $20/hr
  • Work hours: 1st Shift, 8am - 5:00pm, with potential weekend and overtime requirements.
  • Availability to work some Saturdays is mandatory.
  • This is a temporary position lasting 1-3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are preferred.
  • Accurately receive, process, and verify all orders for our customers using the SAP system.
  • Facilitate orders for non-produced products (inter-company STO's).
  • Effectively manage required add-ons.
  • Prior experience in data entry is essential.
  • Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
