Job Title: Senior Strategic Account Executive

At Ansys, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our most strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English and the local language of the territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ansys products and services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis and technology.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales and customer issues with no guidance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop junior team members.
