Senior Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:
GPAC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Central US region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Central US region
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including national and regional pet specialty retailers and distributors
* Manage and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
* 6-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pet food industry or consumer packaged goods environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing sales teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
