Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will:

  • Enhance and support an established records management program.
  • Introduce innovative technologies and best practices to optimize the effectiveness of records management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with various electronic record-keeping practices, including email management, digital imaging, and cloud storage.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in records management or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in conducting records inventories, developing file plans, and drafting records control schedules.
  • In-depth understanding of Federal records management regulations and electronic record-keeping methodologies.
Preferred Skills

Certification in Records Management or Information Management (e.g., CRM, NARA Records Certification, AIIM records-related certification) is highly regarded and will be considered advantageous.
