MPF Federal LLC is in search of a skilled Archivist/Records Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive records management lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in executing records inventories, formulating file plans, and drafting control schedules for records.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will:
- Enhance and support an established records management program.
- Introduce innovative technologies and best practices to optimize the effectiveness of records management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with various electronic record-keeping practices, including email management, digital imaging, and cloud storage.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in records management or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven expertise in conducting records inventories, developing file plans, and drafting records control schedules.
- In-depth understanding of Federal records management regulations and electronic record-keeping methodologies.
Certification in Records Management or Information Management (e.g., CRM, NARA Records Certification, AIIM records-related certification) is highly regarded and will be considered advantageous.
