We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Paradise Management, LLC. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for generating traffic through outreach marketing, presenting the features and benefits of our luxury apartment communities, securing lease agreements from qualified applicants, and assisting with resident relations.
Key Responsibilities- Generate traffic through outreach marketing and present the features and benefits of our communities to prospective residents.
- Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants and prepare lease documents.
- Assist with resident relations, including answering phone calls, taking service requests, and completing work orders.
- Meet weekly marketing goals and perform outreach marketing as directed by the Property Manager.
- Ensure all advertising, social media, and websites are updated as directed by the Property Manager.
- Minimum two years' experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
- Enthusiastic attitude with strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Social Media experience, managing a business page.
- Ability to work flexible hours/days and some weekends.
