Key Responsibilities
  • Account Servicing Requests: Support Member Firms' account servicing requests, including opening new accounts with custodian/clearing firms and internal systems, initiation of asset transfers, withdrawal requests, and account updates, with a consistent focus on providing a world-class client experience.
  • Physical Mail Processing: Process physical mail for both incoming and outgoing mailing campaigns.
  • Customer Support: Answer calls from member firms, research answers to less common questions, and logically think through challenging issues to come up with reasonable solutions, as appropriate in scope of role. Utilize judgment in knowing when to seek additional guidance, escalate, or redirect calls as necessary.
  • Email Support: Provide timely responses to emails from member firms, exercising the same level of judgment and problem-solving as call support.
  • Operational Procedures: Assist with creating and updating operational procedures.
  • Departmental Projects: Assist with other departmental projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brokerage, business operations, and/or customer service; in lieu of experience, demonstrated competency gained in pursuit of a degree may be acceptable.
  • High level of customer service skills, supporting business partners and the ultra-affluent clientele.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an elevated level of reliability and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidential, sensitive information.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. You will also be eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus.
