We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to support our day-to-day operations at Forrest Solutions in Dallas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchens and conference rooms
- Prepare meeting rooms for events and ensure all necessary materials are available
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure facility needs are met
- Perform other assigned tasks to support the team
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Work Environment:
- On-site position in Dallas
- Mostly indoors with minimal hazards exposure
- Occasional unplanned overtime may be required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)
- Overtime as needed to support office operations
Physical Demands:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Operating rolling trays and dollies
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
