Your Daily Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for serving beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also prepare drinks for other servers and handle cash transactions at the bar. Maintaining the bar's setup is crucial, which includes requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies such as beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials based on daily projections. You will oversee the stock, preparation, and storage of fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality. Greeting guests warmly and documenting drink orders will be part of your routine. You will mix, garnish, and present beverages according to standard recipes while practicing portion control. Additionally, you will manage all cash and credit transactions, creating checks for each guest to maintain accountability.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of bartending experience, along with food handler and TIPS certifications (or equivalent). A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and unforgettable experiences are essential. Flexibility in your schedule is important, as you will be expected to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
