Job Title: Partner Development Manager, Channel Sales and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our Channel Sales and Partnerships team. As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner engagement plans to drive revenue growth through our channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure alignment and mutual success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or sales in data and tech companies
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partners
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the channel sales and partnerships landscape
