Job Title: Front Desk Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Marriott Denver Tech Center. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest accounts, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Operate the PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and providing wake-up calls and paging services as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
