Front Desk Attendant

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a skilled Front Desk Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, visitors, and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing building access, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor building entry/exit points and control access for residents, visitors, and vendors.
  2. Utilize customer service skills to greet and assist individuals, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
  3. Keep the front desk area clean and organized, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Communicate effectively with management and staff, reporting incidents and concerns in a timely manner.
  5. Supervise the building when management is not available, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.
  6. Act as a representative of the company, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor at all times.

Requirements
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Relevant experience in customer service may be substituted for formal education.

Benefits
  • Hourly pay rate: $20.00 - $23.53.
