About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baltimore. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $20-22 per hour and a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our office
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the relevant departments
  • Maintain the front desk area, keeping it tidy, organized, and well-stocked
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent administrative experience necessary
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential
