We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices.

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of a physician, you will perform various clinical and clerical responsibilities to assist care providers in examination and treatment of patients. Your duties will include scheduling/ registering patient appointments, verifying insurance, performing check-in/check-out and charge entry functions, and entering pertinent information in patient charts.

Requirements:

  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
  • Certified Medical Assistant required.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification.
