Job Title: Sales Leader

Are you a driven and passionate professional looking to make a significant impact in the financial industry? We are seeking a high-level Sales Leader to join our team in Brickell, Miami, and support engaging with business owners and Real Estate investors to assess their needs and determine the right product/service to help them grow and scale their cash flow.

About the Role

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to life insurance sales, annuities, tax-free retirement strategies, customer service, finance, and insurance. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing expert advice, and facilitating the purchase of appropriate products/services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Must possess a valid 2-14 or 2-15 life insurance license to qualify for this position.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and feedback.
  • Open to continuous professional development and improvement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Active in community and professional networks to expand client base.
  • Proficient in conducting phone consultations and sales calls.
  • Comfortable and effective in cold calling and follow-up communications.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a sales team.
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Infinite Banking Practitioner Certification and understanding of Infinite Banking concepts and strategies (Optional).
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of 200+ outbound calls/day.
  • Understand and follow the sales scripts for Warm market calling, Cold Calling Business Owners, Webinars, and Real estate Investors.
  • Ability to leverage ProForces CRM and be accurate in taking notes on clients.
  • Comfortable with consistent follow-up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. video messages, gifts, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes.
  • Thorough understanding of Master Sales Skills and Master Infinite Capital Solutions Products & Services.
