Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in trade sales, ideally within home decor or the rug industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and building honest, long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key creatives and clients.
  • A solid understanding of CRM software and sales tools, and how they can support and enhance sales processes.
  • A passion for interior design and a keen understanding of how beautifully-crafted products can transform a space and the people within it.
