- Learn LaForce's system of doing business
- Assist with preliminary budgets
- Develop a thorough understanding of all departments within LaForce and how to utilize each area of expertise
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Drive sales growth by overcoming objections and obstacles
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years related outside sales (B2B) experience
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with clients
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance required
