Key Responsibilities:

  • Single Family Direct Account Setup: Establish budget and upgrade/options for community or project specifications.
  • Single Family Direct Account Execution: Manage extra POs, shipment tracking, training, parts, and invoice accuracy.
  • Multi-family Direct Project Oversight: Manage scheduling, order trackers, changing orders, and completion paperwork.
  • Maintain Direct Account Model Homes: Ensure effective brand strategy displays.
  • Liaison between Customer and Distribution Center Partners: Drive job site readiness and address field-related issues.
  • Resolve Daily Market Concerns: Monitor returns process and participate in market distribution center calls.
  • Ensure Invoice Accuracy: Manage bids/quotes and customer systems.
  • Liaison between Customer and Warranty and Service Division: Handle escalated issues.
  • Make Sales/Training Calls: Assigned accounts.
  • Review Customer Packages: Align with company goals and profitability.
  • Influence Profitable SKU Usage: Communicate new product launches.
  • Handle Back-end Exception Tasks: Voice of the customer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Basic knowledge of sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of the indoor appliances industry preferred.
  • Some merchandising experience preferred.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably within a durable goods capacity, a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Mature and balanced approach.
  • Demonstrate strong product interest and commitment to building product knowledge.
  • Organized and disciplined self-starting approach, with a goal-oriented drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
  • MS Office proficiency with focus on Excel.
