Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior District Sales Manager to lead our Public Sector sales team in the West Region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the West Region.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to develop and motivate sales team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
