Job Title: District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Call Your Mother Deli. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve business objectives
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial performance
  • Identify and develop high-potential team members for future leadership roles
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment
