**The Role of the Sous Chef**

As a Professional Fine Dining Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering our core values to our guests and communities. You will assist the Chef in leading the culinary functions and ensure that our high standards are met.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist the Chef in menu planning and preparation
* Lead a team of culinary staff in high-volume environments
* Ensure that all recipes and systems are followed
* Maintain a professional and accountable attitude
