Customer Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep abreast of market trends and technological advancements to improve customer service operations.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure effective communication and execution of new initiatives.
- Evaluate customer service metrics to produce insightful reports for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree along with robust administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in English and French (Spanish is an added advantage).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
