Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Risk Management Specialist on our Midwest Private Client Services National team, your primary role will involve assessing personal risk management for prospective clients, identifying tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Advisor.

  • Collect and analyze current coverage details from prospects to prepare thorough risk evaluations, including necessary product and service recommendations.
  • Provide personalized consultations, discussing the pros and cons of various options and making informed recommendations during one-on-one meetings with clients.
  • Engage in negotiations with multiple insurance providers to present comprehensive coverage options while adhering to industry regulations and standards.
  • Cultivate referrals from both prospects and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed new business development targets and accurately forecast future growth.
  • Review and interpret insurance carrier contract language to deliver optimal coverage recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with practice specialists as needed throughout the business development process to effectively manage client risk exposure.
  • Partner with Business Development Executives and Client Advisors to enhance and expand referral networks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are eager to connect with candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines business development, particularly with high-net-worth clients.
  • A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if they do not meet every criterion.
