  • Monitor and manage key business and clinical metrics, including GRV, EBITDA, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical and therapy teams to ensure seamless workflows and patient care.
  • Develop and execute action plans to address gaps in financial performance and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three or more years of direct management experience, with a focus on operations and healthcare.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and build relationships.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic and critical thinking.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
