Concentra is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Clinic Operations to lead our medical centers in the North Bay Market, CA. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead high-performing teams focused on service delivery and business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, clinician support, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage key business and clinical metrics, including GRV, EBITDA, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical and therapy teams to ensure seamless workflows and patient care.
- Develop and execute action plans to address gaps in financial performance and growth.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three or more years of direct management experience, with a focus on operations and healthcare.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and build relationships.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic and critical thinking.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
- Competitive base compensation rate in the state range of $158,800 to $198,473 annually.
