Program Coordinator

The University of Georgia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Program Coordinator for Financial Management Training Certification. This role will be responsible for coordinating financial management training certification programs, ensuring the smooth operation of these programs, and providing exceptional support to faculty and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate financial management training certification programs, including creating course schedules, identifying instructors, and creating classes in the registration database.
- Monitor program financial accounts to ensure expense invoices are properly charged and registration fees are paid.
- Communicate with faculty in monitoring enrollments and markets classes as needed.
- Collaborate with the Communications team regarding program marketing strategy, including marketing language, target list/schedule, and promotional items.
This position requires a baccalaureate degree in a relevant field and excellent written and verbal skills. The ideal candidate will have good computer proficiency, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a strong attention to detail.
