- Develop and implement club policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve financial targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Recruit and hire high-caliber staff to support the growth and success of the club.
- Sales/Revenue Management:
- Drive sales growth through effective leadership and motivation of employees.
- Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads.
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads and promotions to optimize new membership growth.
- Leadership/Motivation:
- Provide inspirational leadership and a positive work environment that encourages honest feedback and growth.
- Communicate effectively with key club personnel to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Accountabilities:
- Oversee expense goals by managing payroll and general and administrative expenses.
- Ensure the club meets Crunch standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and physical plant operations.
- Stay up-to-date on key competitors and market trends.
- Special Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative management techniques.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and administrative skills.
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
