    • Develop and implement club policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve financial targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit and hire high-caliber staff to support the growth and success of the club.
  • Sales/Revenue Management:
    • Drive sales growth through effective leadership and motivation of employees.
    • Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads.
    • Ensure accurate tracking of leads and promotions to optimize new membership growth.
  • Leadership/Motivation:
    • Provide inspirational leadership and a positive work environment that encourages honest feedback and growth.
    • Communicate effectively with key club personnel to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Accountabilities:
    • Oversee expense goals by managing payroll and general and administrative expenses.
    • Ensure the club meets Crunch standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and physical plant operations.
    • Stay up-to-date on key competitors and market trends.
  • Special Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative management techniques.
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and administrative skills.
    • Strong customer service and computer skills.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
