Job Description

Alston & Bird is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its growing San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will be an excellent collaborator, willing to learn and grow while contributing to the practice group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including complex litigation court filings, typing and revising correspondence, memoranda, documents, time sheets, and project work.
  • Proofread and ensure quality of all document actions.
  • Coordinate and plan events, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain files.
  • Work with a wide spectrum of individuals, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and have an enthusiastic team player attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Have a working knowledge and prior experience with e-Filing procedures.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of prior litigation experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
  • A high school diploma is preferred; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our San Francisco office and may not be applicable to other locations.
