Job Title: Global Legal Administrative Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality legal support services to law firms and corporate clients. Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting routine legal correspondence, utilizing word processing skills with high proficiency, providing quality legal assistance by calendaring and scheduling as required, maintaining confidentiality and following filing rules and guidelines required by various court systems and standard state rules and regulations, filing documents via e-filing system in various courts, and performing administrative functions and duties such as managing logistics, handling time entry, billing support, expense reports, opening new matters, and travel planning as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Word Processor
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Transcription experience both digital and analog
  • Proficiency and knowledge of standard MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
