About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Admin to join our dynamic legal team at Postman. The ideal candidate will support the legal department by managing various administrative tasks and tools, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and maintain legal tools such as our CLM and internal wikis.
• Triage incoming legal tickets and manage the legal workload.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for legal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the signature process for legal documents and oversee closing the loop to ensure all transactions are properly documented and closed.
• Work with the Postman internal teams, including Security, Finance, and RevOps, to create, optimize, and implement policies and processes.
• Assist with customer onboarding questionnaires, audits, and administrative tasks to support sales deals.
• Provide other administrative support as needed.

About You
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably within a tech company.
Proficiency in Google workspace, with a preference for experience with Evisort or other CLMs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $65,750 to $110,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
