Leadership in Patient Care

As a House Supervisor (RN) at Universal Health Services, you will lead the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care services, demonstrating clinical expertise and ensuring a therapeutic environment.


  • Monitor patient progress, making recommendations in line with treatment plans, and address medical/nursing needs to enhance patient care.
  • Provide clinical supervision, guide mental health specialists and nurses in patient care responsibilities, and offer constructive feedback to reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Act as a leader in emergency situations, expedite concerns to senior administrators, and serve as a liaison with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
  • Manage personnel activities, including staff supervision, orientation, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
