We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team at Diamond Management, Inc. in Lynden, WA. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll for multiple employees across multiple properties
- Process rent rolls, move-out reports, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and file local, state, and federal tax forms
- Deliver reports and correspondence to management and CPA
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
