About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our home furnishings store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our home furnishings products and services
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols
  • Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required
  • Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
