Role Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in assisting clients with their banking needs, executing account transactions, and supporting branch operations. CSRs are vital to our success by providing exemplary service, meeting personal objectives, and collaborating with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients with standard account inquiries such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and loan payments.
  2. Maintain and balance a cash drawer, following established cash handling and security protocols.
  3. Welcome clients, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  4. Inform clients about new services and promotional offerings.
  5. Investigate and resolve customer service issues, acting as a liaison between clients and other departments.
  6. Adhere to operational and security procedures in compliance with bank policies.
  7. Perform additional branch-related tasks as required.

Compliance Responsibilities:

All employees are responsible for adhering to legal and regulatory standards, as well as internal controls. It is essential for each employee to be knowledgeable about the compliance requirements relevant to their role and to report any operational issues or policy violations.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily in an office setting, with potential requirements for extended hours and occasional travel.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
