Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Med-South. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and medical staff.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; B.A. or B.S. preferred.
  • 2 years outside sales experience; DME or home health field preferred; Urological outside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Package

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
