Insurance Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Generate insurance quotes and close sales.
  • SOURCE existing and new customers for new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License required.
  • Sales Experience required.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Able to influence others.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
